The Team

Our team is stacked with top-tier talent, from skilled developers of highly intuitive, highly scalable cloud-based applications, to highly respected subject matter experts. Performance is our strength, and we believe downtime is unacceptable in healthcare.

Bacilio "Bac" Palomo, CEO, Strategy & Operations

Bac joined our team after successfully helping lead our partner Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO), as CFO and EVP of Strategic Channel Development, to extraordinary growth. Bac has over 25 years of healthcare product development and management experience across consumer products, pharmaceutical development, hospital operations, and content management.

Ron Neuenberger, Founder & CEO, Technology

Prior to starting BayScribe in 1999, Ron and Bill created Angelfire.com, which was in the top ten most-visited websites in the world, before being acquired by Lycos. If you don’t know about Angelfire.com, check this fun link out. Ron and Bill would go on to do some work for Network Solutions before getting back into Clinical Documentation with the formation of BayScribe (now RecordsOne).

Lisa Tritt, SVP, Customer Success & Product Testing

Lisa’s focus at RecordsOne is to ensure we deliver an intuitive and elegant user experience. She directs all product operational feature testing, partner training, and technical documentation. Lisa brings over 30 years of client-focused experience to RecordsOne, including 20 years working directly with RecordsOne technology founders, Ron Neuenberger and Bill Michel. Prior to joining RecordsOne in 2014, Lisa’s focus was on providing transcription software and service to healthcare providers ranging from single provider offices to multi-hospital systems. This included managing the entire solution implementation process from contract execution to product integration and acceptance to post implementation support.

Dean Ganskop, Vice President, Platform Development

Prior to joining the team, Dean was the IT & Solutions Development Director for one of our transcription partners, who ended up selling to MedQuist — oops! Dean has built a young, energetic team of highly skilled programmers, most of which are former students. In his spare time, Dean teaches web application development courses at the Rochester Institute of Technology — but please, don’t call him Professor.

Lisa Staples, Vice President, Clinical Knowledge & Analytics

Lisa comes to RecordsOne with 30 years of healthcare experience including over 20 years as a Nursing leader in Cardiac Surgery with Johns Hopkins Hospital where she also led CDI and Revenue Cycle initiatives. More recently, Lisa has been responsible for Clinical Documentation and Revenue Cycle Improvement programs encompassing workflow simplification and training redesigns that have significantly enhanced operating results at several health systems.  Additionally, Lisa has hands-on experience implementing CDI/Coding software from all the major hospital CDI vendors.

At some point, we hope you will get to meet others on our team…
